How to create a Signature in Outlook Online
1. Open Outlook on the Web
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
2. Open Settings
- Click the ⚙️ Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner
- Select “Account” → “Signatures”
(or click “View all Outlook settings” → “Mail” → “Compose and reply”) 
3. Create Your Signature
4. Set Default Signature Options
Choose when your signature is automatically added:
- ✅ New messages
- ✅ Replies/forwards
(Recommended: enable both for consistency)
5. Save Your Signature
- Click Save at the bottom
- Optional when back at the signatures screen you can also set your default signatures here.
