How to Add Your Allied Email to Outlook Mobile (iOS & Android)

This guide walks you through adding your Allied Steel email account to the Microsoft Outlook mobile app.


✅ Before You Begin

  • Ensure you know your Allied email address and password
  • Make sure Outlook Mobile is installed
  • Remove any old Google accounts if prompted during setup

🚀 Step-by-Step Instructions

🔹 Step 1: Open Outlook and Start Setup

  1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device
  2. Tap “Add Account”

🔹 Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  1. Tap Skip if Necessary

  2. Enter your Allied email address

  3. Tap Add Account

🔹 Step 3: ⚠️ Select Manual Setup (CRITICAL)

👉 If prompted or redirected automatically, DO NOT continue with Google (The below Screen shot)

      

Instead:

  • Tap “Set up account manually” (this may appear as a small link) You may need to tap the X at top left to go back to set up account Manually


🔹 Step 4: Choose Microsoft 365

Select:

  • Microsoft 365

🚫 Do NOT select:

  • Google
  • Gmail
  • IMAP
  • Exchange
