Adding or changing 2 Factor Methods for Office 365
Sign in to Microsoft 365 using your password and/or second verification method.
Click here to see the Additional security verification page.
Click Add Sign In Method to add or you may edit existing methods. (Microsoft Authenticator is the preferred method)
When complete, click Save.
